Can I pay for my reservation at check-in at the hotel?
No. To guarantee your accommodation, you must complete your online or phone booking with a valid credit card.
Will my credit card be charged at the moment of booking via website or phone?
Yes. Every reservation made through our official website or our Contact Center will cover 100% of the total payment of the reservation.

Is Hotel Xcaret Arte beachfront?
Yes. For your comfort and enjoyment, we are beachfront and signalized accesses.
How many suites are there in the Hotel?
There are 900 suites in Hotel Xcaret Arte.
Is Hotel Xcaret Arte disabled friendly?
Yes. You’ll have ramps and wheelchair accesses at your disposal. Some suites are also designed for people with disabilities.
Does the hotel have an Adults Only section?
Yes. Hotel Xcaret Arte is an Adults Only hotel. We welcome young people 16 years old or older, if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 PM. Check-out is at 12 PM.
Is it possible to have an early check-in and/or late check-out?
We offer early check-in (1 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) services subject to availability and/or additional charges. If you arrive before check-in, we have a designated section to hold your luggage and locker rooms for you to change your clothes if needed. You will also have access to our facilities and restaurants so you can get your vacation started!
How does the digital bracelet work?
You will receive a digital bracelet during check-in to be worn throughout your stay. This bracelet can be used to pay for everything throughout your stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte, including additional experiences at parks, items purchased at boutiques, spa services, and more. You’ll also need your bracelet to get into the Grupo Xcaret parks.
What time can I access the parks on my check-in and check-out dates?
Access to the parks begins the moment you check-in and receive your digital bracelet that will give you automatic access. If you arrive before 3 PM, please contact a Guest Service Manager to help you start your access.
Do I need to book my airport-hotel shuttle?
Our shared shuttle service does not require booking.If the suite that you booked offers private service, however, you will need to confirm your pick-up time with your Guest Service Manager at least 24 hours in advance.
Is the All-Fun Inclusive concept included with my stay?
Yes. Your reservation at Hotel Xcaret Arte automatically gives you access to everything included in our All-Fun Inclusive concept.
Does my stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte include access to the parks from Grupo Xcaret?
Yes, our All-Fun Inclusive concept includes unlimited access to Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xavage, Xoximilco and Xenotes. Transportation is also included. Check with your Guest Service Manager for the most up-to-date park and tour hours.
Is there a minimum night stay in order to enjoy the parks of Grupo Xcaret?
No, there is no required minimum. You are able to access parks with only a single night booking. If you need more information or assistance, please check with your Guest Service Manager.
Are my meals and beverages included during my stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte?
Yes. Meals and beverages are included with your stay. 9 restaurants, 10 bars, and 2 cafes are available to Hotel Xcaret Arte guests. Please note that Xaak restaurant is a signature dining experience and will need to be paid for separately at the restaurant or billed to your room.
Are food and beverages included in the parks?
Food and beverages are included with all full-day parks included with your Hotel Xcaret Arte stay. Since Xenses is a half-day park, you have the choice to return to the resort to eat or pay an additional amount for a meal at the park. For more information, please check with your Guest Service Manager.
How can I get to the parks of Grupo Xcaret during my stay?
To enjoy Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, and Xenses, take the shuttle that leaves every 20-30 minutes from the motor lobby. For other parks, please verify service schedules and reservations with your Guest Service Manager.
Do visits to parks of Grupo Xcaret require booking?
Visits to Xcaret, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, and Xenses do not require booking. You will need to make a reservation at booking or with your Guest Service Manager for all other parks.
Are the optional activities in the parks included in my stay?
No. The optional activities are not included and must be paid when making your reservation.
Are the artistic workshops included in my stay?
Yes. The artistic workshops are included in your reservation. Check for restrictions and schedules with your Guest Service manager.
How often are workshops held? Do I need to reserve a spot?
Workshops are held Monday - Saturday. No reservations are needed to attend a workshop; simply show up to start learning!
Can I attend workshops at Casas other than the one I’m staying in?
Yes, you can attend workshops at all other Casas except for the painting workshop at Casa de los Artistas. This workshop is exclusive to the guests staying in the casa.
Are the Muluk Spa treatments included in my stay?
No. Spa treatments are not included with your stay. You can schedule as many treatments as you’d like, but you will need to pay separately and book all treatments in advance.
Are photos taken at photo stops throughout the hotel included?
No. Photos are not included, but can be added to your bill by your Guest Service Manager.
Are photos I take in the parks included in my stay?
No. Photos of your visit to the parks are not included, but you will receive a special discount as a Hotel Xcaret Arte guest. Verify prices with your Guest Service Manager.
What is the maximum capacity of each suite?
The suites have a maximum capacity of 3 adults, depending on the category. Up to 5 adults are allowed in Master Suites and up to 6 in Presidential Suites.
What should I do if I have a special request?
During booking, you will be able to fill out a section with your requests. Please note that all requests will be subject to availability and/or may result in additional charges.
Can I invite people to my suite that are not staying at Hotel Xcaret Arte?
No, for the security and privacy of our guests only Hotel Xcaret Arte residents are allowed on the property.
Can I smoke in my suite?
No. All our suites are non-smoking.
Does the hotel offer extra beds?
The hotel does not offer extra beds. However, each suite has a double sofa-bed that can be used to sleep additional guests.
Is the Hotel pet-friendly?
Yes, Hotel Xcaret Arte is pet-friendly. Verify extra restrictions and cleaning charges with your Guest Service Manager.
Is WIFI included?
Yes, WIFI is included in all suites and throughout the resort.
Does the Hotel have any athletic facilities?
Yes, the hotel offers gyms (although some are exclusive for certain Casas) and yoga areas, as well as non-motorized aquatic activities like kayaking and paddle boarding. You will also have access to a functional training circuit in an open space located at the Ixlas.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options in the restaurants?
Yes. Each restaurant offers a vegan menu created by the well-known chef Miguel Bautista. Please inform your Guest Service Manager about your food preferences.
Are there vegan and vegetarian options for dining at the parks?
Yes, vegetarian and vegan options are available at all parks dining. Let your Guest Service Manager know your dietary restrictions.
Are restaurants and bars year round?
No, some restaurants are subject to season availability. Check with your Guest Service Manager for availability.
Do any restaurants have dress codes?
Yes. Casual dress is acceptable for dinner, but please do not arrive at any restaurant in wet clothes.
Are premium beverages included in my stay?
Yes, most premium beverages are included. Any wines or other beverages that require an extra charge will be clearly listed at bars and restaurants.
Are any restaurants not included in the price of my stay?
Yes, Xaak restaurant is not included in the all-inclusive package. You can pay at the restaurant or have the cost of your meal billed to your room.
Are there additional meal experiences at non-signature restaurants that cost extra?
Yes, there are certain menus and beverages, as well as private romantic dinners, that are not included in the price of your stay. Check with your Guest Service Manager for details.
Can I eat at restaurants at Casas I’m not staying in?
Yes, you have access to all Casas’ restaurants except for Kibi-Kibi, which is exclusive to Casa de los Artistas.
Can I eat at restaurants at other Xcaret Hotels?
No, you may only eat at Hotel Xcaret Arte’s 9 restaurants.
Does the hotel offer special packages for weddings or honeymoons?
